During patrols, our guards ensure that all windows are closed and locked, bathroom taps are shut off, entry and exit points are clear of safety hazards, and there are no signs of fire or gas leaks. Incidents found during patrols are noted in a logbook and conveyed to your staff during handovers or, in the case of emergencies, to your designated out-of-hours contact.
Most of our guards have received fire marshal training and basic first aid training. They are well-versed in the issues surrounding terrorism and have undergone Project Griffin training.
All our office security officers hold SIA licenses and have undergone enhanced DBS checks to ensure they are qualified to work on your site. This meticulous process allows us to assemble the best team to secure your site and protect your staff.
